Dr. John Burroughs is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon, who sub specializes in eyelid and facial surgery. Surgery, however, is not always the only answer to a patients concerns and other adjunctive non-invasive strategies are both helpful and safe. Wrinkle Blocker has been used for eye problems since the 1980’s and won cosmetic approval by the FDA in the 90’s. Its first indication for approval was for the frown lines. It has been commonly used for crows feet, lip lines, forehead wrinkles, to help upturn the corners of the mouth, as well as many other locations for cosmetic improvement. Dr. Burroughs has been administering Wrinkle Blocker since the late 90’s, and has taught other physicians how to inject as well as published textbook publications on the techniques. One of the greatest aspects of Wrinkle Blocker is its fast onset (within a few days), reversibility, and the absence of any downtime. It is usually relatively painless and quickly performed. Wrinkle Blocker has also been shown very helpful for tension and migraine headaches. A useful link to an editorial by Shape magazine can be seen by clicking.
