This lady was bothered by her excess upper eyelid skin that was causing hooding and visual impediment. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and had brow sutures placed internally to stabilize her brow tissues so they wouldn’t fall. Some surgeons don’t stabilize the eyebrows with these sutures leading to the brows being pulled downward at the time of an upper eyelid lift. She was very pleased with her results.
