While building his referral and word of mouth based practice, Dr. Burroughs, a cosmetic oculofacial plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience, observed there were too many inadequately, or even poorly, supervised spas providing cosmetic services. In an effort to provide safe, comprehensive, and a full-service aesthetics practice to help patients not ready for surgery to still achieve their aesthetic goals or for those having surgery to achieve quicker recovery and better outcomes, Dr. Burroughs opened Springs Aesthetics Medical Spa.
The Medical Spa, supervised by Dr. Burroughs himself, complements cosmetic surgical recovery by providing complimentary bruise treatments to speed healing, IPL treatments to speed and improve incisional appearance, and other helpful adjuncts such as lymphatic massage, cover-up makeup, and offering medical grade skincare to compliment surgical results and protect the important investments patients make for their appearance.
